1) I encourage all to have FUN! Fun is profound, not frivilous. Fun is moving on & on & on with a twinkle instead of a twitch...

2) Spirituality has become so complicated, so conceptually stuck & intellectually superior. Seekers are looking for God, Love & Grace in the strangest places. The Shut Up Book (www.shutupguru.com) is actually a Guide for Spiritual Dyslexics. A Spiritual “Special ED book” for all those Who’ve given UP on ALL this Enlightenment Nonsense & FINALLY want to be FREE!

Darlings, Wake Up! You’re tripping... living in misery and drugged on possibilities. Your only real hope is to STOP HOPING and be WHERE YOU ARE AT!…. then watch things change as they naturally bring hope and new possibilities.

Your problem is begging pleading, crying, praying for it to stay and thinking God has forsaken you when it goes - IT IS THE NATURE OF EXPERIENCE NOT TO STAY, whatever that experience may be, gross or extremely subtle. Do me a favor. Give up “trying to feel good” and just enjoy it when it happens. Can you do that?

My Darlings, when will you get it already! Be Happy (accept) that whatever happens is FABULOUSLY RIGHT, DELICIOUS, OK, PRIMO, EXACTAMENTE. You can STOP BEGGING, hoping and praying. Be STill. STOP already and know that YOU ARE THAT. HAPPY NEW YEAR Darlings.......
