Issue #14, May 2009: When my son was in his early teen years, he had an affinity toward video games. Attempting to be a good parent, I blocked inappropriate content and imposed time limits. Ok son you can only play video games for two hours a day after your homework is done. Wow that was easy, not only was I a good parent but a smart one too.

Was There was a Plan....? Part II Coming Back: 'A Different Set of Rules'

In the first installment of this series we learned that budget deficits are neither good nor bad in themselves. Deficits are just borrowed money. A deficit may be ‘bad’ if most of the money is used to lower taxes on those people that already have more money to use than they can possibly spend. The very same deficit is ‘good’ if the money is put into productive use, encouraging greater consumer spending and lowering production costs, etc.

How do you get up in the morning, and shave and put your make-up on when you're doing the kids wrong in this city? Skate Park's on one day, and it's off the next day. What exactly happened?
